What are digital goods?

In electronic commerce, digital goods are a general term that is used to describe any goods that are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. E.g. .mp3 .wav or .zip Digital goods are shipped electronically to the consumer through e-mail and download from the Internet.

When will I receive my goods?

When you purchase digital goods online, after payment has been received we will provide you with your digital item as an e-mail attachment or they may provide you with a secure link where you can download the item

What is an MP3?

A compressed audio format that is popular for downloading across the internet and for use with memory-based audio players and portable media players.

How do i open the ZIP file?

When you have downloaded your Dubplates Music Mp3 file it will be zipped for faster downloading  there are a few things you need to know. To UNZIP a ZIP file you need ZIP software. We advise using WinZip www.winzip.com (PC) or Suffit Expander (Standard on MAC).Once you have the software opening the 'Dubplates downloads.zip' should be easy. Just open the zip file and extract all the mp3 to your desired location.

How do I play my music later?

To play your track, go to the location in your hard drive where you instructed the file to be saved during the download process. Double click on the file and it will automatically open up your selected MP3 player and begin playing the track.

Do I need to be connected to the Internet when I play my downloaded music?

No. When you have downloaded your file to your computer you will be able to play it through your media player without being logged on to the Internet.

How do I burn songs to a CD?

Refer to your CD burning software this would have come with your CD burner

First check that you have the correct CD writing hardware attached to your computer. If you are not sure about this, please check with the manufacturer of your CD Drive or the company where you purchased your computer.

If you are using iTunes perform these steps, if you are using another burning program refer to their instructions:

Ensure that you have imported your Dubplates Download tracks to you iTunes Music

Create a new playlist .

Add the required songs to this playlist from your library.

Click the burn CD button on the top right of the iTunes window and follow the instructions.
